1. DVB-T2C is in the active antenna console?

VCAN: As our DVB-T2C tuner has 5V power supply switch in OSD menu, so DVB-T2C is better to use active amplifier signal enlarger antenna.（We will send you this type antenna free in the giftbox. Otherwise Please turn off the antenna power if you use normal antenna.

 

2. Now Only Russia is live on DVB-T2 at the moment.  Europe is still testing and has no country moved to DVB-T2 yet， DVB-T2C is compatible with DVB-T?

VCAN: Our DVB-T2C reception box can receive DVB-T signal，so it will be working in Europe and Russia both.

3. What is DVB-T2?VCAN: DVB-T2 is an abbreviation for Digital Video Broadcasting – Second Generation Terrestrial.

This system transmits compressed digital audio, video, and other data in "physical layer pipes", using OFDM modulation with concatenated channel coding and interleaving. The higher offered bit rate, with respect to its predecessor DVB-T, makes it a suited system for carrying HDTV signals on the terrestrial TV channel.

4. Can you make to show my LOGO at starting machine?
VCAN: Yes, WeCan make your logo as starting.

5. Your DVB-T2C can receive only 4 channel from 7. I want too many Channel and good quality.
VCAN: Please contact with VCAN for new software update. DVB-T2C USB jack is for PVR recorder and upgrade. 

6. Do you know which countries DVB-T2 standard is available?
VCAN: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic,Ukraine, Belarus etc.
